McLaren Unveils Ultra-Limited MCL38 Celebration Edition Artura and 750S

McLaren Automotive has revealed two ultra-limited special editions of its road cars to mark its ninth Formula 1 Constructors’ World Championship title. The MCL38 Celebration Edition Artura and 750S will be produced in extremely limited numbers, with just nine units of each model planned globally.

The special editions commemorate McLaren’s 2024 Formula 1 season, which culminated in a championship victory at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. The team secured the title after leading the standings from September, with drivers Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri contributing a combined eight pole positions and six race wins in the MCL38 Formula 1 car.

Both road cars feature bespoke exterior liveries inspired by McLaren’s Formula 1 colour scheme, combining Papaya Orange and Anthracite, along with championship-specific branding such as Champions’ Laurel and Nine-Star logos. Inside, each car includes a carbon-fibre sill cover signed by Norris and Piastri.

A notable feature is a dedication plaque fitted to every vehicle that incorporates a genuine piece of carbon-fibre bodywork taken from a 2024 MCL38 Formula 1 car. An additional plaque lists the race wins, pole positions and fastest laps recorded during the championship-winning season.

Mechanically, the Celebration Edition cars remain unchanged. The Artura continues to use its 3.0-litre V6 hybrid powertrain, while the 750S retains its 4.0-litre twin-turbocharged V8, both built around McLaren’s carbon-fibre chassis architecture.

McLaren has not disclosed pricing for the Celebration Edition models, though all 18 examples are expected to be allocated to existing customers.
