Drumil ModiNews1 month ago

Suzuki has launched the Suzuki Access 125 with single-channel Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) in India, adding a new safety-focused option to its popular scooter range.

The ABS-equipped Access 125 is aimed at improving braking control during sudden stops by reducing the risk of wheel lock-up, while retaining the scooter’s existing performance, fuel efficiency and ride comfort. No mechanical changes have been made beyond the addition of ABS.

The scooter is offered in two variants. The Access Ride Connect ABS Edition is priced at Rs 92,328 (ex-showroom, Delhi) and is available in five colour options, including Metallic Mat Black and Pearl Grace White. The Access Ride Connect TFT ABS Edition, which adds a colour TFT display, is priced at Rs 98,378 (ex-showroom, Delhi) and is also available in five colour choices.

Both variants continue to offer Suzuki’s Ride Connect features, including smartphone connectivity and turn-by-turn navigation, depending on the trim. Suzuki has not announced any changes to the engine or transmission, with the Access 125 continuing to use the same 125cc petrol motor.

Alongside the launch, Suzuki has announced finance offers for the ABS variants, including interest rates starting from 6.99 per cent and zero processing fees, subject to terms and conditions.

The Suzuki Access remains one of the highest-selling scooters in the 125cc segment, and the addition of ABS brings it in line with growing safety expectations among urban riders.
