Hero MotoCorp Enters France, Expanding Global Presence to 52 Countries

 Hero MotoCorp, the world’s largest manufacturer of motorcycles and scooters, has officially launched its operations in France through a new distribution partnership with GD France, marking its 52nd international market.

 

Following successful entries into Italy, Spain, and the UK, the move strengthens Hero MotoCorp’s European footprint. The company’s French debut took place at the UTAC Mortefontaine proving ground near Paris, featuring test rides of its latest Euro 5+ compliant motorcycle, the Hunk 440.

Leading the lineup, the Hunk 440 enters the A2 performance category

27 bhp at 6,000 rpm and 36 Nm of torque at 4,000 rpm.

– A connected TFT display, LED lighting, and 150/60 ZR17 radial tyres.


Available in Twilight Blue and Phantom Black, the Hunk 440 starts at €3,599 (including VAT) and comes with a 3-year standard warranty, extended to 5 years as part of a launch offer.

Expanding Dealer Network

Hero MotoCorp and GD France plan to establish over 30 official sales and service outlets across major French cities initially, expanding to 50+ dealers by 2026 and completing the nationwide network by 2028. Customers will also benefit from a strong after-sales network offering spare parts and technical service support
